I was recently invited to monitor a panel at MPE 2021, the topic of the panel was "Strategies to become a digital/omnichannel champion”. In this session, a group of industry experts explored how digitalization impacts payments acceptance and which tactics can merchants and payment service providers adopt to become a digital champion and provide best in class service to their customers during this turbulent period and beyond.
